Responsibilities: 1. Corporate Branding Clients
- Manage our high-touch client pipeline from lead generation to implementation
- Build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and other market participants, to drive new revenue and ensure customer retention.
- Develop presentations and sales materials for audiences with varying levels
- Represent the voice of the market and the client with internal stakeholders in product, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, relationship management, implementation, operations, and client service.
- Identify opportunities for internal process improvement within the Sales team & Business Development team, present such opportunities and drive change
- Monitor, evaluate and improve your sales toolkit
- Contribute to a corporate climate that values and rewards contributions, drive, initiative, and achievement of results.
- Provide strategy to approach and generate corporate clients leads, follow up with clients and complete the sales

2. Network Marketing
- Lead network marketing agents in creating sales
- Handle all project affairs and strategize the product to run in the market
- Became the spokeperson of the company towards all marketing agents
- Lead general meetings with our agents and set goals for them
- Work together with our media department to create toolkit for our agents to boost their sales
- Help our agents to duplicate their team members

3. Live Selling
- Responsible to generate sales thru live selling online
- Aware of the trend of the online selling market, both Mandarin and Malay Market
- Liaise with the supplier to prepare sufficient products for online selling
- Oversee the delivery of goods from both supplier side and our own side
- Personally testing the product to make sure the USP and quality of the product
- Recruit, Train, Nurture any potential live host from zero to hero
- Look for any potential crossover opportunities with other live host
- Prepare the products sample and stocks for demonstration in Live

Requirements: - At least 10 years experiences in Sales, Majorly in advertising, MCN, Branding or any marketing related services and product
- At least 3 years experience in network marketing, direct selling or any team selling industry
- Experience of Live selling industry is an advantage
- Good public speaking skills
- Able to work independently
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills in managing internal and external relationships in a proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented way.
- Comfort managing concurrent priorities across a diversified workload and ability to drive results in a thoughtful and collaborative way.
- Experience with the sales toolkit and marketing planning for product and services
- Rich in resources in terms of potential agents, live host, talent is an advantage
- Proficient in all three languages: English, Malay & Mandarin
- Possessed own vehicle and able to travel if needed
- Good stress management and result oriented, able to perform efficiently under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
